• Interview via Telegram

• English proficiency is a must (6.5 ielts)

• Need to have dispatch course certification

• We train for 2 weeks (1 weeks online, 1 weeks in the office).

After that, candidates can start to work.

• Salary for Dispatchers: $300 for the first 3 months, then it will increase up to $800

Once they get 1 year of experience, we will change their payments to % from booked loads. (avg dispatchers make $2000 a month)

• Salary for Updaters: 300$ for the first 3 months, then it will increase up to $800.

Bonuses for good performance will be added as well.
